Urban Art in Newquay includes a range of visual arts within our urban town area. The term 'Urban Art' can include 'street art', 'guerrilla art' and 'graffiti'. Performance art within an urban setting also falls under the wider term 'Urban Art'.
Newquay has often embraced new cultures and one of the few towns in Cornwall to have evolved through many economic and cultural transitions since a small fishing village at the start of the 19th century.
Urban art and other cultural activities are a growing trend in Newquay. The town has taken authorised 'Street' Art' to its heart. This has encouraged a wide range of artwork throughout the town and made touring Newquay and viewing the many murals an alternative visitor attraction.

Kernow Print Shop works with Proper Photography Kernow in producing a range of larger prints for retail customers. A new but growing business it caters for the smaller businesses and general public in printing what larger commercial printers may not be willing to do.
Tape2Digital also working within the grouping transfers those long stored away VHS and other tapes into a digital formal. This allows family archives to be placed on a flash drive or CD to be seen on a digital devices such as a laptop or desktop computer.
Sally Davies Art: Sally is a self taught artist living in Cornwall who is consistently inspired by the Cornish landscape, the colours and the exceptional luminosity of the light and if she can capture that on canvas, it's been a good day.
